We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time, including the availability of any features, database, or content. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability.

3. Eligibility and Registration

3.1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement. If you are under 18 years old, you may use our Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

3.2. Account Registration

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 4. Payments and Refunds

4.1. Payments

The prices for our courses and other services are listed on our website. All prices are in Euros (€) and are subject to change. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.

Payment must be made in full before you can access our courses or other paid services, unless a payment plan has been arranged. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our payment page.

4.2. Refunds

Our refund policy is as follows:

• If you cancel more than 14 days before the course start date, you will receive a full refund minus a €50 administrative fee.
• If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before the course start date, you will receive a 50% refund.
• If you cancel less than 7 days before the course start date, no refund will be provided.
• For ongoing courses, if you decide to withdraw after attending the first two sessions, you may receive a prorated refund at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the contact information provided in Section 15 of these Terms.

5. Code of Conduct

When using our Services, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and professional manner. You agree not to:

• Use our Services in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, bully, intimidate, or harm any other user
• Engage in any discriminatory behavior based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
• Disrupt the learning environment or interfere with other users' experience
• Share or distribute course materials without authorization
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you violate this Code of Conduct.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1. Our Intellectual Property

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by CyprusFE Academy, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes.
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the website for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.
• If we provide social media features with certain content, you may take such actions as are enabled by such features.

You must not:

• Modify copies of any materials from the Services.
• Use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or any graphics separately from the accompanying text.
• Delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from the Services.
